Copyright Infringement Notification

Freeadsmart.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement. Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringements

If you believe that material or content residing on or accessible through Freeadsmart.com infringes your copyright, please send a notice of claimed copyright infringement containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent listed below:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting written notification to our Copyright Agent via the contact form at https://freeadsmart.com/contact. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., "the District of Alabama"] and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in question, unless we receive notice from the original complainant within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, Freeadsmart.com will terminate the account or access of any user who is determined to be a repeat infringer.
